The Cyber Resilience Act, which lays down rules on the cybersecurity of products with digital elements, was published on 20 November 2024. The public consultation on the technical description of important and critical products with digital elements will follow in 2025....
The Cyber Resilience Act, greenlighted by the European Parliament in March, is undergoing review by lawyer-linguists. The final publication is expected only after the summer recess.
