On 01 April 2025, the Commission published a Call for Input to seek feedback from market participants on how European companies procure and recycle certain critical raw materials and the interplay with EU competition rules.
Feedback is open on two EPBD draft proposals: a delegated act on revised methodology to calculate minimum energy performance requirements, and an implementing act on information templates for the EU Building Stock Observatory.
