Brussels, Olching, 10 October 2023. TÜV SÜD Industrie Service, an independent technical testing organisation has been approved to join Eurovent as Associate Member. With this newest member, the Eurovent family grows by one of the leading testing organisations.

TÜV SÜD is one of the leading international service providers for testing, inspection and certification. TÜV SÜD Industrie Service’s centre of competence for refrigeration and air conditioning provides function and performance testing, thermodynamic assessments and measurements of sound emissions. Moreover, as a BTL-recognized BACnet testing laboratory, it can test all components of building automation systems for their BACnet conformity.

Following the approval of the membership, Mr Heiko Mirring, Head of Laboratory at TÜV SÜD Industrie Service stated that: “Our accredited laboratory is dedicated to the highest standards of quality in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning, and we believe that joining Eurovent would be a valuable step forward for our organisation.

We believe that Eurovent is the right platform for TÜV SÜD to thrive and contribute to the HVACR sector’s growth. We are looking forward to being part of this esteemed association and working closely with its members to advance the industry’s collective goals”.
