For Eurovent and its units Eurovent Middle East, Eurovent Certita Certification and Eurovent Market Intelligence, 2022 was marked with many important developments, of which we’d like to share a few.

The Eurovent Task Force International will host an open meeting on 28 October during the Summit in Antalya, Turkiye. The meeting will provide updates on Eurovent Middle East and the Eurovent Working Group India.

The August edition of the SRI newsletter has just been released. The SRI is now tested in 6 member states, Finland and Croatia are joining Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark and France which had already made this decision a few months ago. 

Registration and programme of the Eurovent Summit are live. The next gathering for decision-makers in the area of Indoor Climate, Process Cooling and Food Cold Chain Technologies will take place 25-28 October in Antalya, Türkiye.

UL Solutions, a global service provider to the HVACR industry and beyond, has become an official BridgeBuilding Partner (sponsor) of the 2022 Eurovent Summit taking place from 25 to 28 October in Antalya, Turkey.

Baltimore Aircoil Company, a world leader in development, manufacturing and distribution of evaporative cooling products, has become an official BridgeBuilding Supporter (sponsor) of the 2022 Eurovent Summit in Antalya, Turkey.

During the 66th Annual Meeting of Eurovent, Francesco Scuderi has been appointed Secretary General of the association. He succeeds retiring Felix Van Eyken and will be supported by new Deputy Secretary General Stijn Renneboog.

During the 65th General Assembly, which was held online, the Eurovent members have elected Raul Corredera Haener (Systemair, Spain) as President of the Association. He succeeds Naci Sahin (FRITERM, Turkey), who was Eurovent President since 2018.

In order to safeguard the health and wellbeing of Eurovent members and partners during the COVID-19 pandemic, and to provide for certainty regarding planned meetings, it has been decided to continue hosting all Eurovent meetings virtually until 31 July 2021. Further updates will be communicated to members in due time.
