During the 65th General Assembly, which was held online, the Eurovent members have elected Raul Corredera Haener (Systemair, Spain) as President of the Association. He succeeds Naci Sahin (FRITERM, Turkey), who was Eurovent President since 2018.
On behalf of all of us at Eurovent, I would like to sincerely wish you a very happy holiday season and a prosperous New Year. May it be filled with health and happiness, as well as personal and professional success and growth for all.
In order to safeguard the health and wellbeing of Eurovent members and partners during the COVID-19 pandemic, and to provide for certainty regarding planned meetings, it has been decided to continue hosting all Eurovent meetings virtually until the end of the calendar year. Further updates will be communicated to members in due time.
During its 63rd meeting, the General Assembly of the Eurovent Association defined a new vision for the future of the European HVACR industry. Mr Naci Sahin starts the final year of his second election term as President of Europe’s Industry Association for Indoor Climate (HVAC), Process Cooling, and Food Cold Chain Technologies.
The Eurovent Team continuously receives and applies feedback from its members to further develop and improve the services related to our online portal. The Eurovent Extranet has recently gained a new feature, which allows members to download the Eurovent meetings directly into their personal calendar.
Your feedback matters to us. The Eurovent Team is constantly working on applying your requests and feedback to our actions and communication. Following the recent requests, we have a launched a series of black and white Eurovent Association member logos, which can be applied by members without disturbing their corporate identity. The logos can be used by national Member Associations, Corresponding Members, Associate Members, and Affiliated Manufacturers.

After this date, manufacturer participation in working groups and access to the Extranet will be reserved for contributing members only (i.e. Corresponding Members). Read on to find out more about this change and learn what to do in order to keep all your Eurovent benefits.
In our quest to continuously improve the services we provide to members; we have added a new page on the Eurovent Extranet where all so-called GENs (General Documents) can be easily accessed in one place.
Eurovent offers the Legislation Database as one of the many features of the restricted section of its website. It collects all EU legislation of relevance for the HVACR industry in one place, including not only the regulatory texts, but also preparatory studies, impact assessments, review studies, references to harmonised standards, and European Commission guidelines and FAQ documents.
