The signing of the agreement on 11 October paved the way for the launch of the world's first building and facility certificate. Builders use the certificate to ensure that their buildings undergo effective quality management.

In the last week of October, the Japan Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry Association (JRAIA) hosted the 2018 Annual meeting of the International Council of Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Heating Manufacturers Associations (ICARHMA) – of which Eurovent is a founding member. This years’ meeting proved to be very interesting with an outlook of possible future and disruptive issues.
