Brussels, Pszczółki, 7 November 2017. Clima-Produkt has joined the Eurovent Association as a Corresponding Member. Founded in 2002, the manufacturer is one the biggest producers of ventilation and air conditioning equipment on the Polish market, employing around 150 people. Based in Pszczólki outside Gdansk, its core business is focused on the production of tailor-made air handling units.

With Clima-Produkt joining, Eurovent further strengthens its footprint on one of Europe’s most emerging markets. This is supported through a dedicated Eurovent representation in Krakow, Poland. Along with Clima-Produkt, already seven leading Polish manufactures of ventilation and cooling equipment actively participate activities of the Eurovent Association.

Igor Sikonczyk, Senior Technical and Regulatory Affairs Manager at the Eurovent Association and lead representative for the Polish market, stated: “We are proud to welcoming Clima-Produkt to the Eurovent family. It underlines the ambition of important Polish manufacturers to increase its footprint throughout Europe while achieving highest quality ideals. Through its Regional Office in Prague and Representation in Krakow, our association is close to manufacturers in Central and Eastern Europe, understands local economies, and can support members in their mother tongue concerning important issues such as EU legislation and export.”

Eurovent is Europe’s Industry Association for Indoor Climate (HVAC), Process Cooling, and Food Cold Chain Technologies. Its members from throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa represent more than 1.000 companies, the majority small and medium-sized manufacturers.
