Key decisions are taken within one of Eurovent’s two main bodies: The Board and the Eurovent Commission. The General Secretariat is the executive body taking care of the day-to-day association management.
Eurovent’s Member Associations are represented in the Eurovent Commission, which is Eurovent’s supervisory body. The Eurovent Commission does not only define the general political guidelines of the association, but also monitors and mediates the activities of its subordinated Product Groups. The Eurovent Commission allows for truly democratic decision-making, with positions reflecting wider European interests across all sizes of enterprises.

Eurovent provides the opportunity to its members to influence standards and legislation on a national, regional, European Union and international level within a truly democratic decision-making structure.
On a technical level, this takes place within Eurovent’s Product Groups. Any representative of a contributing member of Eurovent (Member Association, Corresponding Member, Associate Member) can participate in these activities.

At least once a year, our General Assembly comes together to discuss the association’s development, its future direction and policies. The General Assembly consists of one nominated representative from each Member Association.
The General Secretariat is headed by the Secretary General. This person is presented by the Board and appointed by the General Assembly. The Secretary General carries out specific tasks under the direction and supervision of the President. Eurovent’s current Secretary General is Mr Francesco Scuderi, who is supported by a diverse Team throughout Europe.
