The Commission opened the call for evidence and public consultation for the Industrial Decarbonisation Accelerator Act. The deadline for the call for evidence is 08 July 2025, and for the public consultation, it is 09 July 2025.

The European Commission adopted the 2025-2030 working plan for Ecodesign Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) and Energy Labelling Regulation.

The Commission has published a call for evidence and launched a public consultation on the evaluation of the EU Emissions Trading System and the Market Stability Reserve. This is earlier than the future review planned in 2026.

The EU Commission launched a public consultation on the future Digital Product Passport, focused on data storage and management, and service provider certification. The received feedback will shape its effective implementation.

Feedback is open on two EPBD draft proposals: a delegated act on revised methodology to calculate minimum energy performance requirements, and an implementing act on information templates for the EU Building Stock Observatory.

The Clean Industrial Act was published on February 26. It aims to ensure access to affordable energy, boost demand for decarbonised products, and stimulate private and public investment in the clean transition.
